Not all garments are listed. If there is something you want but don’t see please ask. Many custom garments are available.

All materials used are documented to the period. Please be aware however that even with modern production techniques and dying methods it is very difficult to match each production run exactly. Therefore there will be slight differences in each run.

Items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours whenever possible. If not please allow 16 to 24 weeks for delivery. normal delivery time will usually be much less than this, but please be patient. neither rush orders nor deadlines are accepted. If you do need an item for a specific event please let me know. I’ll do my best.

Please fill out the measurement chart completely and accurately! I cannot be help responsible for incorrect measurements. Alterations can be performed but are an additional charge and are charged at an hourly rate. A good rule of thumb is to have someone else take the measurements (with a cloth measuring tape!) as one can rarely take one’s own measurements accurately. Have a wife, mother, sister or pard do the measuring.

Kits will not under any circumstances be considered for return once you have begun work on them. Please be sure of your sizing and what you want. Of course if I send you the wrong size I will make it good.

Please add 10% to the list price for sizes exceeding 44 inches in the chest and 38 inches in the waist.

Orders are not subject to cancellation once work has begun (that means once fabric has been cut). Items returned "unwanted" will be for credit only. Custom orders are not returnable so please be sure of what you order. You can never be too specific.

Normal credit terms are: A 50% down payment confirms your order. The balance is due upon completion. Deposits are refundable for credit only. Finished items that remain unpaid for longer than 30 beyond completion will be sold to cover materials and labor. Credits will be held for six months only.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and money orders are preferred. Checks will be held until they clear. Federal, State and institutional purchase orders will be accepted on net terms.

Discounts: 10% on 5 or more of the same item.

Damaged shipments rarely happen but if they do call immediately. Save the boxes and packing material. Report it promptly and I will file a claim with UPS.

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless requested otherwise. Express service is available at an extra charge. normal shipping cost is $6 for orders totaling less than $100 and $8.50 for orders totaling more than $100.

I accept trade for goods! I normally keep a want list of specific items so call or email with what you have, want and to find out what I’m looking for. I’m usually in the market for firearms (originals preferred but I will always consider repros in good condition) and miscellaneous original items.
